ICS proudly features our newest completed project in McLean, Virginia. This IT consulting office interior utilizes huddle, touch-down, and informal collaboration spaces to facilitate the fast paced, energetic, and on-the-move younger consulting staff. The interior also features a sleek boardroom and uber functional office configurations with driftwood and warm tones throughout.
Federal Aviation Administration: Headquarters, Washington DC
ICS spearheaded the effort to procure and install all new office furniture for the 72,000 square foot renovation of the Federal Aviation Administration’s headquarters. The scope of product covered over 400 workstations and 70 private offices, inclusive of conference rooms, storage furniture, and ancillary products. ICS successfully coordinated all logistics, delivery, and technical installation services over a multi-phased project schedule.
Healthcare Consulting Group, Washington DC
ICS worked hand-in-hand with the customer and architect to design, specify, procure, and install the new 10,00 square foot company headquarters in Washington DC. The project scope included, workstations, private offices, conference rooms, dining areas, and training rooms. By utilizing color and style, ICS expeditiously delivered an efficiently functioning end product consistent with the customers corporate identity and culture by utilizing color and style.
US Army: Maryland National Guard Readiness Center, Havre de Grace, MD
Work with military personnel provided an opportunity for ICS to demonstrate sharp logistics, crystal clear communication, and regimented adherence to the project schedule. ICS performed in-house design, procurement, delivery and installation of furniture product for over 100 Maryland National Guard Soldiers. The project schedule consisted of two phases, each requiring approximately two and a half weeks for delivery and installation during and after normal business hours.
Federal Mobility Center, Washington DC
Rather than building and furnishing space for a particular set of personnel, the Mobility Center is a space for out-of-town federal professionals to work, meet, and relax while on business travel in Washington DC. ICS procured and installed glass wall systems, private offices, conference space, and bright open plan benching solutions to meet the government’s demanding program requirements. ICS also coordinated and executed all decommissioning and recycling of the existing furniture in the space prior to the renovation.
